The Challenge

The problem we were handed

Meetreats had a strong product line — premium almonds and curated gift boxes — but no e-commerce platform that could carry it. Custom gifting orders, especially for weddings and corporate clients, were handled manually over WhatsApp and email.

They needed a storefront that let customers personalise gift boxes online, handled bulk corporate orders gracefully, and felt as premium as the product inside the packaging.

We led with the gifting use case — wedding, corporate, occasion — and designed the personalisation flow around it. Customers pick a box, choose contents, add a personal note, and check out in under three clicks.

For bulk and corporate orders we built a guided inquiry pipeline that captures everything the team needs (quantity, branding, delivery window) so quotes go out the same day.
